I reserve the right to...

• Screen clients to my personal satisfaction. I personally determine who I will see and who I will not see, and under what conditions.

• Withdraw availability or pause engagement without explanation.

• Adjust my offerings, rates, or boundaries at any time, without justification beyond my own comfort or business needs.

• Block or disengage from communication at my discretion.

• Not tolerate disrespectful behavior towards myself or others, or manipulative tactics such as negging, testing boundaries, or repeatedly revisiting declined requests.

• End a session without refund if my boundaries are not respected or if a client engages in unsafe, threatening, or illegal behavior.

• Petition for redress under all relevant civil and criminal laws at my own discretion.

What you can expect from me... 

• I view our time together is meaningful, valuable,  and professional.

  • I will arrive well-rested, groomed, and prepared to offer quality attention and effort.

  • I maintain clear emotional boundaries, including with long-term clients.

  • I'll listen and do what I can reasonably do to make our time together rewarding and accommodating.

  • I avoid asking invasive questions.

• I value you as a full human.

  • I will respect your physical, emotional, professional, ethical, and spiritual boundaries.

  • I'm committed to disability inclusion and will make reasonable accommodations when possible.

  • I'll never shame a client for their preferences or insecurities.

• I'm discreet and subtle.

  • I behave platonically and professionally in public.

  • I'll refrain from acknowledging you if I see you outside of a scheduled meeting.

• I will protect your identity.

  • I avoid discussing other clients or providers. 

  • I will not divulge names or identifying features of clients, unless there is a legal or safety reason.

  • I will never take photos or make recordings during our time together.

• I treat your information with respect and caution.

  • I use email services that are encrypted, and my messages will be professional in nature.

  • I will not contact you beyond what is needed for booking or professional follow up.

  • I use your personally identifying information for screening verification only.

  • I will not use your data to build profiles, mailing lists, or engagement funnels of any kind.

  • I will delete your info, except first name, initial of last name, and email, after a successful visit or if we decide to not meet.

  • I will delete all client info upon request, unless there is a legal or safety concern.

• I am honest in my presentation.

  • I will share my concerns, boundaries, and limitations in an upfront manner.

  • My photos are real, and my stated age and weight match my visual appearance.

  • Information I share about about myself may be altered to protect my confidentiality and privacy; however, it will always be based in reality.

  • I will not use bait-and-switch tactics, nor attempt to upcharge or upsell services, nor create false urgency, scarcity, or use emotional leverage to manipulate clients.

Safety & health are priorities.

• I offer compassion and a listening ear, but I am not a licensed therapist and will not present myself as one.

• I use appropriate safe practices at all times.

• I will not knowingly meet with clients if I have an illness or infection.

• I abstain from all non-alcoholic recreational substances and maintain a smoke/vape free environment.

• I will abstain from wearing perfume upon request.

• I will contact appropriate authorities if your safety, or the safety of others, is in question.

• I will not ride in a car with a client unless it is a commercial vehicle (e.g., Uber, Lyft, etc.)

• A third party will be aware of my location at all times.
